I finally went to watch Goblet of Fire. I went in without very high expectations of the movie, after hearing the negative comments all around me.
Surprisingly, the movie was better than I had expected. It gave me a way different feel from the 1st three movies, definitely much darker and more thrilling. A pity the tri-wizard bits were kind of short and less exciting than the one in the book. Boo, and they left out poor Winky and Dobby. House elves are important too you know.

I think the worse bits in the movie were the scenes with Dumbledore in them. I missed Richard Harris as Dumbledore. Michael Gambon lacked that kind of enchantment and charisma which Albus Dumbledore possesses. Looking at the way he is yelling and shouting, it seems like he's heading a military school instead.

Luckily, the other actors' outstanding performances saved the movie. Daniel Radcliffe was good as usual.=) Ahh..I love Fred and George!! Things will never get boring with them around. Hmm..but i'm not used to the Weasley brothers sporting long hair though.
And I dun understand why Hermione went ga-ga over beefy Victor Krum. It's obvious that Cedric Diggory is a much better choice!! I knew he was going to die, but I can't help but still feel sad when he was killed ! =(

Cedric!! Ahhh...Can I go to the Yule Ball with him instead of HC's prom?


Speaking of prom, one word to describe it: ARGH. Prom=headache when u have no figure, no looks and not much money and I am having a major headache right now.

I hope I dream of myself taking part in the tri-wizard tournament tonight! =)
